A Thriving Retail Presence
In 2024, we managed an impressive 62 retail auctions throughout the year, partnering with major chains and local establishments alike. Staples remained a valued partner with 24 locations, while Target entrusted us with 6 significant liquidations. Each sale presented unique opportunities for buyers seeking quality retail fixtures and equipment. The diversity of these sales - from specialty retailers like Quinn Violins to large-scale department stores - showcased our ability to adapt and excel across the retail spectrum.
Supermarket Success Stories
The grocery sector proved especially active, with 54 supermarket auctions completed in 2024. From Publix remodels, to Save-a-Lot's closures, to Foxtrot Market's modern urban marketplace transitions, we connected sellers with qualified buyers seeking everything from premium refrigeration units to specialized department equipment. A particular highlight was Publix's comprehensive store packages, which provided turnkey solutions for independent grocers.

Perhaps some of our most notable achievements came in the corporate sector, where we managed 17 high-profile office auctions for Fortune 500 companies. The ongoing Target City Center project in Minneapolis presented unique challenges with its massive scale, while Discover Financial Services' liquidation required careful coordination of specialized equipment sales. CNO Financial Group's seven major auctions, including their 160,000-square-foot Building J facility, demonstrated our expertise in handling complex, multi-phase transitions.

We successfully managed three brewery and distillery auctions, including the innovative FINNEGANS Brew Co., known for its innovative give-back business model that generated over $2 million in community impact, and Royal Foundry Craft Spirits sales. Our team's understanding of specialized equipment helped ensure these unique assets found new homes with qualified buyers.
The highlight of our venue auctions was undoubtedly Golden Gate Fields, where we managed two extensive auctions totaling over 3,500 lots. From rare racing memorabilia to specialized track equipment, this project required careful coordination and marketing to reach diverse buyer groups while preserving the venue's historic significance.
Innovation in Food Service
Our food service equipment warehouse auctions reached new heights with 48 successful sales. Partnerships with industry leaders like UNFI, R & T Equipment, and Cook's Direct allowed us to offer unprecedented variety to buyers. These sales consistently attracted strong participation, with most auctions drawing over 100 unique bidders.
Fitness and Wellness Sector
The fitness sector remained strong with five standalone fitness center auctions plus several integrated within larger corporate sales. From traditional health clubs to specialized wellness centers like NxtGen Cryotherapy & Spa, these sales demonstrated our ability to market both conventional fitness equipment and cutting-edge wellness technology.
