This 3,000 square foot building was most recently home to the Bent Wrench Bar & Grill. The property features 50' of frontage along Main Street and is 150' deep. Behind the building, you'll find a large gravel parking lot with a storage shed. The building has been updated with new air conditioning (bar area) in 2016 and new furnaces and air conditioner (dining area) in 2002. The commercial property is actually two buildings with their own HVAC systems.

The property boasts several excellent commercial uses including continued operation as a bar and grill, or perhaps your own commercial space to expand your current business. Given the building configuration, your options are extensive.

If you're looking to open your own restaurant/bar the property is ready to go for you. With over 26,000 people living within 17 miles of the property, you're sure to find customers ready to visit your establishment. Why 17 miles? That's the average distance a person is willing to travel to a local business.

Your dining customers will appreciate the large picture windows across the front of the building with views of the main street. Entering through the main street door, you're greeted by a large dining area to the right and room for darts and/or pool to the left. Straight ahead is the main bar area - offering a nice separation between the dining and bar areas. Behind the bar area is the large kitchen area. The kitchen area boasts ample space for your cooking needs and has both electrical and natural gas hookups. In addition to the kitchen area, there is an area that was used for off-sale liquor sales. This space is ideal for that use again, or perhaps you envision a to-go order station. Given the layout of the building, the restaurant/bar options are limited only by your imagination.

If you're not looking to open a restaurant/bar, the property offers ample opportunity to expand your existing business, or open your new business venture.
